The celebration is a divine immersion involving soul-stirring Akhand Kirtan that echoes throughout the day till midnight. The highlight of the festival is the Maha-Abhishek, where the deity is bathed in sacred elements amidst Vedic chants, the offering of Chhappan Bhog—a magnificent feast of 56 traditional delicacies prepared with utmost purity.
